Nous sommes actuellement a\u0300 la recherche d\u2019un Administrateur des finances pouvant inte\u0301grer notre e\u0301quipe.   • Ge\u0301rer le syste\u0300me de calcul des redevances (royaute\u0301s), incluant l\u2019importation des rapports de vente, actualiser les informations relatives aux contrats et aux me\u0301tadonne\u0301es, s\u2019assurer de la validite\u0301 des donne\u0301es et des informations, pre\u0301parer les de\u0301clarations de redevances;<\/li>\n
  • Administration de subventions perc\u0327ues par l\u2019entreprise pour certains projets spe\u0301cifiques, incluant les applications et les rapports;<\/li>\n
  • Tenue de livre, incluant la gestion des perceptions, ainsi que toutes les ta\u0302ches administratives rattache\u0301es;<\/li>\n
  • Pre\u0301parer les rapports gouvernementaux, incluant les versements de taxes de vente et les recensements;<\/li>\n
  • Ge\u0301rer les proce\u0301dures et formalite\u0301s le\u0301gales, incluant les formulaires de renonciation de droits et exigences syndicales;<\/li>\n

      Position: Finance Administrator <\/strong><\/p>\n

      Location: Montreal, Quebec<\/p>\n

      Secret City Records is a Montreal\u2010based independent record company working with a variety of mostly local Canadian artists. We\u2019re looking to hire a Finance Administrator. Along with the responsibilities and requirements specific to the position that are listed below, candidates should be energetic and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Working in a small business provides many opportunities for learning and for personal and professional growth. It also requires a willingness to take a hand\u2010on approach and to be involved in the company as a whole. The candidate will report directly to the CFO and will work with all other teams to ensure that accurate financial information is available for everyday decision\u2010making.<\/p>\n

      Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

      • Manage the royalty accounting system, including importing sales statements, updating contract information and metadata, ensuring validity of data, and preparing royalty statements;<\/li>\n
      • Administrationofgrantsreceivedbythecorporationataprojectlevel,includingapplications and completion reporting;<\/li>\n
      • Booking\u2010keeping, including collections and related administrative tasks;<\/li>\n
      • Prepare governmental reporting, including sales tax remittances and surveys;<\/li>\n
      • Manage the process of legal paperwork, including waivers and union requirements;<\/li>\n
      • Track and provide reporting to management on record production budgets;<\/li>\n
      • Assist in Finance related projects;<\/li>\n
      • Assist in the budgeting process.Requirements:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce or a related field;<\/li>\n
        • Strong analytical skills;<\/li>\n
        • Works well in teams and with others;<\/li>\n
        • Self\u2010starter and independent learner;<\/li>\n
        • Strong Excel skills and comfortable learning new software;<\/li>\n
        • Experience working in a related position an asset;<\/li>\n
